Judy Baer knows how to write a story without one false step and Sleeping Beauty is no exception. Her characters are lively and real. Suze Charles is very believable as a professional woman who has been a somnabulist from childhood. And then in Chicago for an interview for a better position at her company, she OF COURSE sleepwalks at the hotel right into sleep specialist David Grant. If I were (still) prone to sleepwalking, I'd definitely choose to walk right into David's arms. But the course of [...]

okay, i got to admit it was HILARIOUS!!! all the things she's done while sleepwalking are soooo funny. but the one thing i didnt like in this book is that it's missing the guy's point of view. in these books they always go section by section of how one is feeling about the other, but in this book they took the guy's perspective away entirely. i like the guy's point of view because they are always acting so macho and tough that it's nice to see a change, but they didnt put it in this book which w [...]

~~Actual Star Rating 3.75~~ Although I would normally have given it 4 stars since it was truly a much better version of a Love Inspired book I had to take away from it since it truly didn't hold to the ideal. Although the Love Inspired series is made to be Christian romance books there wasn't truly much Christian ideals included in the beginning part of the book n0r in the first two-thirds of it but only towards the actual end. What made this book stand out for me is that unlike most of the othe [...]

oh, this book was hilarious!!! as serious as the situation was in the story at times, the main character could laugh at herself, and you couldn't help but laugh along! in fact, you'll be laughing so hard, and so much, just might be smart to read this one in the bathroom to save time and embarrassment, if you know what i mean!!wonderful light easy read and a great break in-between heavy murder mysteries. i'll be looking for more from this author!

I actually fond the whole sleepwalking aspect of this book really fascinating. Yes, it's a fluff book. But I enjoyed it more than usual.

This may be a christian romance but this book was filled with a whole lot of funny and a tad romance. I was laughing out loud through the entire book. I loved it!

    • Sara says:

This is a funny, christian romance without all the preaching. It was a joy to read!

Steeple Hill Cafe are not my favorite of the love inspired but this book was cute and worth a read.

Suze fosters pets that are unadoptable and is a sleepwalker. Dr David Grant studies sleep disorders.
